Transfers between event locations (Lisbon Airport, hotels, University…) are scheduled every day from September 15th to 18th. The shuttles will drop you off in several places in the city.

Transfers by buses and minivans are organized on a hourly basis from Lisbon Airport to Évora
A Welcome Team will wait for you inside the Airport. Colors bracelets will be put on your luggages to help recognize hotels (Vila Galé, Mar de Ar Muralha, Albergaria do Calvário, Mar de Ar Aqueduto, Noble House).
Hostes and AWFT team member will then lead you according to your name and function to your vehicle (bus, van, private van).

3 buses transfers are planned at the end of the event directly from Evora’s University to Lisbon Airport at: 5 PM & 6 PM
Shuttles are also available on booking from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Ask the AWFT conciergerie.
