CMO – SIBLU
After a graduation from CY Tech in computer science, Jacques MASSON bas joined in 2005 the group TF1 as head of saleshouse’s revenue optimization to change the sales approach to a more analytical way of thinking using customers’ data and yield methods.
He joined then the Tourism and Hospitality Industry at Louvre Hotels Group for merging all revenue managers into one central strategic team under the supervision of the shareholder Starwood Capital. He started in 2011 to work closely with private equity companies as Ekkio Capital, 21 Central Partner, Permira to create as member of the board, the leader of the camping industry, the group Vacanceselect. As interim general manager and newly graduated from the executive MBA of INSEAD in 2018, he has redesigned the organisation and the strategy of Gites de France to face the penetration of Airbnb in the French market and restructured in 2019 the subisidary of Amaury Group in charge of leisure activities management for key european Hospitality and Club players.
He is now acting as CMO and board member at Siblu, one of the key leaders in France of the camping industry, leader in mobilhome sales to prepare the company to the arrival of a new shareholder in the coming years.
