Zina is the Managing Director EMEA for Intrepid Travel, the world’s largest travel B Corp. Regarded as a leading advocate for gender equality, Zina is driven to make the world a more inclusive and equal place. Through tourism, she’s created economic opportunities for women and broken down gender barriers in countries where women have been traditionally excluded from paid work and equal access to education, such as her home country of Morocco.

A highly qualified finance professional with deep operational tourism experience, Zina is helping Intrepid Travel navigate a responsible and equitable response to the ongoing crisis facing tourism due to the pandemic.

Zina is the Patron of Education for All, a British-Moroccan charity that support young girls from rural area of Morocco to access education. She is also the Chair of London-based not-for-profit Women in Travel, a social enterprise dedicated to leveraging the global travel, tourism and hospitality industry and its suppliers to provide women with the opportunity to fulfil their economic and individual potential.

She is a seasoned speaker and panelist, representing the travel sector to the highest level of government. Her work has been profiled by the BBC Travel Show, Skift, Forbes, Fodor’s, Vacations Mag, and AFAR, among others.
