Executive Marine professional, with extensive experience in Global Fleet Management, both
nautical and technical, focused on leading divisions within the Global Marine Organization,
including port vetting, fleet optimization, new builds, supply chain operations, risk management, human resources, safety, security, environmental and health departments.

A recognized specialist in ship and shoreside support operations, Captain Pagonis’ focus on the compliance of multicultural standards and governing operations provides solutions to help advance the current and future operational needs of the company.

Captain Pagonis also oversees the short- and long-term financial planning for the Nautical,
Technical and Marine departments, and participates in annual maintenance budget strategies,together with all brand operation leaders.

He is a Certified Master Mariner with extensive experience as a Master on “Celebrity Cruises” vessels and obtained his Master of Science degree in Shipping from the University of Plymouthin UK.
