Head of the CSR Department, Monaco Government Tourist and Convention Authority

Estelle Antognelli has been working at the Monaco Government Tourist and Convention Authority for 20 years.

After working in various departments, including the Communications Department for over 8 years, she has been in charge of the Responsible Tourism Unit since 2015 which has become a CSR Department in 2022.

In addition to promoting the actions carried out, Estelle’s mission is also to raise awareness among visitors. Every year, she organizes operation with the help of the tourism sector, as the “Monaco Green Day”, an event that allows visitors to discover the Principality in a different way and where she organizes tours that put responsible tourism in the spotlight.

Estelle unites and organizes the network of Monegasque players and has overseen the production of the White Paper dedicated to Responsible Tourism, which was launched at the end of 2021. She is now in charge of implementing a responsible tourism strategy and the CSR action plan in line with the objectives of sustainable development and in which human capital is at the heart of concerns.
