“What do you think of the lack of harmonization in Europe, when the borders are reopened”, Ms. Fontenel Personne replied:
“This prerequisite would be interesting … What I note is that there was not really a Europe at the time of the confinement. During the ongoing deconfinement, we have more Europe. Harmonization is underway, although it has not been completed. This is not wishful thinking, but it will take some time to materialize. With the Marshall Plan and the co-construction of the needs of each country, I think that we will manage to build a real European thought for tourism. ”
