Eric De Neef is a strategic, pro-active and visionary leader with a 30+ years track record within the international hospitality industry. He is deeply experienced in hotel operations and specialized in the full global Commercial and Branding scope with a focus on Guest Experience and Digitalization. He is a member of Radisson Hotel Group’s Executive Committee and of the Global Steering Committee of Radisson Hotel Group (RHG). 

As the Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer of Radisson Hotel Group, De Neef leads the Commercial and Branding organization for the company. He is charged with developing the global branding, guest experience, marketing, and revenue generation strategy. His role also includes global sales, distribution, and revenue optimization. 

De Neef joined RHG (formerly The Rezidor Hotel Group) in February 2011 as Senior Vice President for Park Inn by Radisson. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director for Accor’s All Seasons, Mercure and M Gallery Hotel brands in France. He was responsible for defining the global strategy for the three brands, covering a total of 325 hotels. His work earned accolades, including the Bernache d’Or Award in 2008 as the head of the Steering Committee that drove the launch of Accor’s A’Club Card loyalty program.

De Neef, a Belgian National, is a graduate in Hotel Management and speaks French, Dutch, English and German. He began his career at the Intercontinental in Brussels, before joining Sabena Catering Services. He also has served as Director of the Novotel Brugge Zuid and as General Manager of the Sofitel Brussels Toison d’Or Hotel. Following these branch management roles, De Neef moved to Paris and took over responsibility for the global branding strategy of the Mercure, an Accor brand. He was then transferred to Germany as the Managing Director of Mercure.
